A Mrs. Shutterwi photo. This photo was taken through the front window and through the front porch screen. Now that Mrs. Shutterwi is taking great pictures it might be time for another new camera. Well readers what do you think? Time for another camera?

Rural phone "booth".

For all you city dwelling cellphone carrying viewers this is a rural phone booth. If you need to make a 911 call you can use the navigational aid on the top of the pole to give directions to your current location. Please click on the above photo for an enlarged view. This photograph (which I did not take) shows a handcrafted metal door that was made in Boulder CO for a corporate client. Our oldest son was "instrumental" in it's construction. He has agreed to provide a brief description of the project via the comments section. His blog is Shapesmith checkout some of his art work. I like to say I taught him everything he knows but he has long ago surpassed those meager offerings. Great job son! A project to be proud of! Love Mom and Dad.
