Colorful early evening walk.
Colors are at peak along this stretch of our route.
Imagine the sound of the leaves under foot. Can you hear it? Can you smell the aroma?
Within days these leaves will fall to the ground leaving the tree bare until spring and making work for the property owner and the city road crews.
We "visited" Ed on our way home. Hey Ed Packers WON today 42-24
On the second half of our evening walk we got to enjoy the setting sun over the head of the bay.
On the second half of our evening walk we got to enjoy the setting sun over the head of the bay. Straight down below the shaft of sun setting light is the intersection of U.S. 2 and WI 13. At the new "round about".
