This "character" followed me on my early morning sunrise ride.

Once or twice "he" insisted on taking the lead.

My advanced riding skills helped me stay in the lead most of the 12 mile ride. Occasionally "he" would make a valiant attempt to pass me but I would fight off the charge.

Near the end of the ride "he" managed to slip away and head toward the lake.
All in all it was a great ride. Temps in the high 60's very little traffic and my companion wasn't much of a conversationalist. Which suited me just fine.
